Terms, attribution and privacy

Plain-language summary of how this site works. Not legal advice.

What Vibe1Up is

An index of free browser games that were publicly shared as made with AI. We link to each game where its creator hosts it. We do not host, copy or modify the games themselves.

Where listings come from

Public sources we already indexed: Cursor Vibe Jam 2026 entries, itch.io pages tagged AI-generated or vibe-coded, and public posts on X and Reddit. Each game page names its source and links to it. We are not currently collecting new Reddit posts; existing Reddit-sourced listings stay until the creator asks us to change or remove them.

Attribution

Every game page credits the creator or the person who shared the game, links to their profile and to the original game, and links to the source. Descriptions from itch and Vibe Jam are short excerpts (about 200 characters), marked as excerpts, with a link to the full text. For X-sourced listings we use X’s official embed (loaded only when you ask) and always keep a plain link with the author’s @handle. Screenshots are our own captures of the public game page. Starter recipes, remix notes, Game DNA and other commentary are written by Vibe1Up and labelled as ours.

Fair use

We use only what is needed to identify and point to each game: name, credit, a short excerpt or embed, and a thumbnail, always with links back. Rights in the games, names, art and descriptions stay with their creators.

Privacy (forms and newsletter)

We do not run ads. The site itself does not set a login cookie. If you load an X embed, X’s own script and privacy terms apply for that request.

When you use Share your prompt, we store: game URL, handle, optional tool and model, prompt text, optional prompt chain, consent flag, and a timestamp. When you use Claim or remove, we store: action (claim, correct or remove), listing identifier, handle, optional contact field, details, consent flag, and a timestamp. Both are written to private object storage on our host (Vercel Blob), reviewed by a person, and used only to process that request. We do not sell this data and we do not email you automatically from these forms.

Newsletter. The newsletter signup sends your email address directly to Buttondown, which runs our mailing list. Signup is double opt-in: you only get emails after confirming from the message Buttondown sends you. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link in every email. Buttondown’s handling of your data is covered by its privacy policy. Our pages load nothing from Buttondown until you press subscribe.

Removal and corrections

Creators can claim, correct or remove a listing on the claim or remove page. We aim to act within 7 days. Removed listings go on a blocklist so they are not re-added automatically.

Contact

Questions, corrections, removal or privacy requests: hello@vibe1up.com. You can also use the claim or remove form. If you email us, we keep your message and address only to answer and act on your request.

Using this site

The site is provided as is. Games run on third-party sites under their creators’ terms. If something here is wrong about your game, use the claim or remove page.
