Build a small, playable browser game inspired by "TerritoryClash" (Strategy). Concept: Capture territories and dominate!. Tech: use Vanilla JS / Canvas; keep it to a single page that loads instantly with no login or install. Controls: touch controls (tap/drag) that work on a phone plus keyboard and mouse on desktop, shown on a short how-to-play screen. Players: single-player. Core loop: include a visible score, a timer or round clock, an optional local high-score table, progress saved in localStorage. Steps: 1) get the core mechanic playable with placeholder shapes, 2) add win/lose conditions and restart, 3) polish feel, visuals and sound, 4) add your own twist (setting, character or one new rule). Make it your own: don't copy the original's name, art, text or code.
Remix notes (our suggestions, not the creator's)
TerritoryClash is a Vanilla JS / Canvas strategy game with a clear pitch: Capture territories and dominate! It's mobile-ready. Territory games are easy to understand at a glance. Colour shows who owns what, and the map tells the whole story. Remix idea (our suggestion): keep territory capture and give each region something special. Regions that produce different resources, borders that move with the seasons, or bonuses for owning connected areas would add strategy. Or make it a quick five-minute match against simple AI rivals. Prompting tip: ask your AI tool for a map divided into regions (a Voronoi diagram works well), tap-to-send troops, and simple AI opponents with different personalities. Show each player's share of the map as a bar. Balance by tuning troop growth rate. Strategy games feel fair when players can read the whole state at a glance.
