Build a small, playable browser game inspired by "The House" (Adventure, Puzzle, Horror). Concept: The house knows. Tech: use PixiJS; keep it to a single page that loads instantly with no login or install. Controls: touch controls (tap/drag) that work on a phone plus keyboard and mouse on desktop, shown on a short how-to-play screen. Players: single-player. Steps: 1) get the core mechanic playable with placeholder shapes, 2) add win/lose conditions and restart, 3) polish feel, visuals and sound, 4) add your own twist (setting, character or one new rule). Make it your own: don't copy the original's name, art, text or code.
Remix notes (our suggestions, not the creator's)
The House is a PixiJS game tagged Adventure, Puzzle and Horror, with a three-word pitch that does all the work: The house knows. It's mobile-ready. A house that seems aware of you is a great horror premise. The setting itself becomes the antagonist, and familiar rooms turn uneasy. Remix idea (our suggestion): keep the aware location and choose how it shows awareness. Rooms rearrange when you're not looking, objects move between visits, or the house leaves notes about what you did. Small changes create big dread. Prompting tip: ask your AI tool to track what the player has seen and done, then change rooms based on that history. Store rooms and their variations as data. Use sound and lighting for tension rather than shocks. Players will notice small changes on their own, so give them time to look around.
